Carter currently serves as Director of Investments at DLP Capital. She focuses on sourcing deals, broker relationships, and our financial analysis. Carter has overseen the improvement and standardization of financial underwriting for the company. A graduate of the University of Denver, she has multiple years of experience in the commercial real estate industry with over $3.5B in commercial office transactions.
Climb Capital also manages the Campfire Fund, an investment vehicle targeting the acquisition of 15-20 RV Resorts in the USA, and offers turnkey Management solutions for the Experiential Hospitality industry.
